The Adulting Group is a supportive space where young adults come together to tackle the challenges of adulthood, build friendships, and gain independence. Topics include managing work and responsibilities, navigating social media, forming meaningful connections, and exploring dating. Through discussions and activities, participants will develop life skills, share experiences, and learn how to embrace independence while supporting one another on their journey to adulthood.

Dating Group is a 4 week group designed to help young adults navigate the world of relationships with confidence and clarity. Participants will explore topics such as starting conversations, expressing interest, understanding social cues, and setting healthy boundaries. Through guided discussions, role-playing activities, and real-world strategies, the group empowers individuals to build meaningful connections while fostering self-awareness and confidence in dating. It’s a safe and supportive space to learn, grow, and practice essential skills for successful relationships.

The Workplace Communication and Connection Group is a 4 week group that equips teens and young adults with the essential skills needed to thrive in workplace environments. Participants will learn strategies for clear and effective workplace communication, building rapport with colleagues, understanding professional boundaries, and navigating challenging conversations. The group also focuses on developing confidence in networking, teamwork, and presenting ideas. Through interactive activities and real-world practice, participants will enhance their ability to form meaningful connections and succeed in any workplace setting.

The Campus Ready Group is a 4 week group designed to prepare young adults for the social and communication demands of college life. Participants will learn essential skills like self-advocacy, navigating group projects, building relationships with peers and professors, and managing social situations on campus. The group also explores strategies for balancing academic and social responsibilities while fostering independence and confidence. Through discussions, role-plays, and real-world scenarios, participants will gain the tools needed to transition to college successfully and thrive in a campus environment.

The High School Savvy Group helps teens develop the social and communication skills they need to succeed in high school and beyond. Participants will learn strategies for navigating peer relationships, collaborating on group projects, advocating for themselves in academic settings, and managing social interactions in clubs, sports, and other activities. The group also focuses on building confidence, perspective-taking, and problem-solving skills to tackle common high school challenges. Through guided activities and real-world practice, teens will gain the tools to make high school a more successful and rewarding experience.
