Middle School Social Skills & Communication Group

This 8-week social and communication skills group is designed for middle school students who benefit from direct instruction, guided practice, and peer interaction in a supportive, structured setting.
Through engaging activities, discussions, and role-play, students will work on:
- Starting and maintaining conversations
- Reading social cues and nonverbal communication
- Perspective-taking and social problem-solving
- Self-advocacy and expressing needs appropriately
- Turning conversations and shared interests into meaningful friendships and real-life hangouts
Students will learn how to move beyond surface-level conversations by practicing skills such as asking follow-up questions, sharing appropriately, showing interest, and identifying when and how to suggest spending time together outside of structured settings (e.g., lunch, school activities, or weekend plans).
Each session focuses on a specific social strategy, with opportunities to practice skills in real-life and peer-based scenarios while building confidence, connection, and independence.

High School Social Skills & Communication Group

This 12 week group helps high school students build the communication and social skills they need to feel more confident at school, with friends, in activities, and in the community. Students learn practical strategies for starting and maintaining conversations, joining group discussions, reading social cues, advocating for themselves, managing misunderstandings, and building stronger peer relationships.
Through role-play, real-life scenarios, problem-solving, and guided practice, participants gain the skills to communicate more clearly, connect with others, and navigate social situations with confidence.

Adulting

Join our most popular 12-week Adulting Group designed for young adults who want to build real-world confidence, independence, and stronger social connections. Each week, participants learn practical communication and life skills needed for work, friendships, dating, and navigating the community. Through guided discussion, role-play, problem-solving, and real-life practice, we focus on skills like conversation, perspective-taking, self-advocacy, organization, emotional regulation, and social problem-solving.
This group is warm, supportive, and judgment-free—perfect for young adults who want to feel more confident, capable, and connected in their everyday lives. *This group has a monthly community outting to practice skills in real life

Mastering Conversation: for Teens & Young Adults

Mastering Conversation is an 8-week group designed to help teens and young adults build the confidence and skills they need to start, sustain, and enjoy real conversations. Each week, participants learn practical strategies for reading social cues, asking meaningful questions, showing interest, expanding topics, perspective-taking, and navigating awkward moments. Through guided practice, role-play, and real-life examples, they develop stronger communication skills that support friendships, school, work, and everyday interactions.
This group is supportive, engaging, and perfect for anyone who wants conversations to feel easier, more natural, and more enjoyable.

Virtual Reality Success Lab Group

Step into the Virtual Reality Success Lab—an innovative 4 week group where teens and young adults build communication and life skills through immersive, interactive VR experiences. A variety of Virtual Reality programs, participants practice real conversations, workplace communication, problem-solving, navigating social situations, and responding to everyday challenges in a safe, supportive, and engaging virtual environment.
Each session blends VR practice with coaching, reflection, and real-world application, helping participants become more confident, independent, and prepared for work, school, and community life.

Tech for Independence: Building Confidence & Life Skills

Tech for Independence is a hands-on 4 week group where teens and young adults learn how to use both everyday and cutting-edge technology to support communication, self-advocacy, organization, problem-solving, and independence. Participants practice real-world digital skills like managing schedules, communicating with teachers or coworkers, navigating online platforms, using updated tools that support planning, and completing tasks needed for school, work, and community life.
This group empowers young adults to feel confident using technology in ways that make daily life easier, more organized, and more independent.

Campus Ready: Social Skills for College Success

Campus Ready is a supportive, skills-based group designed to help teens and young adults build the communication and social skills they need to thrive in college. Throughout the 4 week program, participants practice real-world strategies for communicating with professors, advocating for accommodations, navigating group projects, building friendships, living with roommates, and handling the day-to-day social demands of campus life.
Through guided discussions, role-play, problem-solving, and practical tools they can use right away, students leave feeling more confident, prepared, and ready for a successful college transition.
