Our most popular group brings together young adults who are learning to navigate the real world and build meaningful connections along the way. The Adulting Group focuses on the real-life communication skills needed for friendships, work, realtionships, and independent living. Each session helps participants strengthen their conversation skills, learn how to express their needs, and problem-solve everyday situations—all while forming supportive peer relationships. New this year: monthly community outings to practice these skills in real-world settings!
